Frustrated Enough to Build an In-House Business Platform
Located in Kearney, Nebraska, Intellicom Computer Consulting is a comprehensive IT service provider, with customers located across the United States. In its quest to deliver services more efficiently, the company began exploring alternatives to its existing technology stack in 2005.
“The solution we had before 2005 was too simple and not robust enough. It wasn’t customizable from a features and integration standpoint, so we searched for something better. We were frustrated enough that we were willing to build our own in-house suite of tools if necessary,” explains Jeff Hasenauer, Vice President of Technology at ICC.
An Understanding Partner
As ICC evaluated solutions and dabbled with the idea of building their own platform, they stumbled upon ConnectWise. “We were the ConnectWise story: we couldn’t find what we were looking for, so we were about to build our own solution. This similar narrative really resonated with us from the get-go,” recalls Hasenauer.

A Cohesive Experience
